About the Journal
SAGA: Journal of English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics (p-issn: 2715-7512, e-issn: 2716-0246) is a scientific journal published by the English Language Education Department of Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW), Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
It publishes articles twice a year, in February and in August.
SAGA encompasses research articles, original research reports, and theoretical perpectives on:

Article processing in SAGA Journal is free of charge; there are no article processing charges (without any APCs).
Publication in SAGA Journal is totally free of charge, totally gratis -- without any fees at all.
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

COPYRIGHT TERMS
The authors retain the copyright of their articles, but the authors give permission to others to use the published content in SAGA in whole or in part on the condition that the original work is cited properly. Users (redistribution) of SAGA Publication must cite the original source, including the name of the author, the journal as the initial source of publication, year of publication, volume number, publication, and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI); The author gives the rights to the first publication, even though the author remains the copyright owner.

The journal uses a blind system for peer-review; both reviewer and authors’ identities remain anonymous. The paper will be peer-reviewed by one experts; one reviewer from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission. The journal will screen the paper for plagiarism using Turnitin check.

SAGA Journal permits authors to deposit all versions of their work in an institutional or subject repository. This policy sets out the ways in which SAGA authors can self-archive versions of their work on their own websites, on institutional webpages, and in any repositories

If you have not had an account in SAGA OJS, you can submit your manuscript via email directly (saga@staff.ukdw.ac.id) and we will submit your article to SAGA OJS by creating an account on your behalf with your email details.
If you have had an account in SAGA OJS, you can submit either through the OJS or via email (saga@staff.ukdw.ac.id) .
